Patricia (Patty) Ann Nelson

Patricia Ann Nelson (77) passed away on January 8, 2012 at her home near Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 1:00pm at the Bonners Ferry Funeral Home in Bonners Ferry, Idaho with interment in the Pack River Cemetery north of Sandpoint, Idaho. Patricia was born on October 2, 1934 to Earl and Valley Mae Davis. Patty was born and delivered by her father Earl on Gold Creek in Colville, Washington at home. As a young girl she ran Jammer, logging with her father. She married Robert O. Nelson on December 2, 1961 in Bonners Ferry, Idaho Patty was an amazing and active woman that was loving and courageous. She loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, gardening and nature. She will be missed by many. Pat is survived by husband Robert O. Nelson, Son Frank E. Nelson, Daughter Margo L Hawley, granddaughters Monique A. Hawley, and Nikki Shirley, grandsons Jared E. Allen, Todd Nicoles and Shane Shelton; sister Helen Hull and husband Clifford and Brother Kirby Davis and wife Shirley, sisters-in-law Mae Davis and Carlene Davis. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and nieces, nephews, brothers-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
