Mark Spencer Lavoie

We are deeply saddened by the sudden and unexpected passing of Mark Spencer LaVoie, of Bonner’s Ferry, ID. He passed away Thursday, February 6th in his home. He was born in Missoula Montana on May 13, 1950 to Orman and Betty LaVoie. Mark graduated with honors from Loveland High School in 1968, after which he served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam. Humble and quiet in spirit, he impacted many lives. He was an accomplished pilot, designed and built his beautiful home in Bonner’s Ferry, loved the outdoors and playing his guitar. Mark was a loving father, grandfather and brother. Mark is survived by his daughters Nichole Thrasher and Loralei Lavoie, his grandchildren Sean, Drew and Nathan Thrasher, his father Orman LaVoie and his four siblings. His life well lived will be celebrated at his home on March 22 with an open house from 1-4:00, and service at 1:30.
