Hazel Rebecca Scott

Hazel Rebecca Scott (88) passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at the Boundary Community Hospital in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 11:00am in the First Baptist Church in Bonners Ferry with burial following in the Grandview Cemetery. Hazel was born on July 28, 1919 in Kansas City Missouri. On October 1, 2938 she married Jesse Scott in Hilton, Oklahoma. They moved to Bonners Ferry, Idaho in 1944 with their two daughters and after moving to Bonners Ferry they had two more daughters. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved going to church and spending time with her church family. Hazel spent many hours sitting outside with the beloved dog Abby, baby sitting, and attending her children’s, grandchildren’s and great grandchildren’s sporting events. Hazel is survived by three daughters Jana Sohl of Spokane, Washington; Glenda (Scotty) Weholt of Hayden Lake, Idaho; Tina Bright and husband Turk of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Jesse; her daughter J. Marie Gross and granddaughter Vicki Gross. She will be greatly missed and loved.
