Trany A. Brindos

Trany A. Spurgeon Brindos (93) passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at the Boundary County Nursing Home in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Private services will be held with interment in the Grandview Cemetery. Trany was born July 3, 1915 in Stanley, Wisconsin. She passed away July 23, 2008 at the Extended Care Facility here in Bonners with members of her immediate family around her. She spent most of her formative years in International Falls, Minnesota where she met the love of her life Charlie in the first grade. On June7th, 1935 she married Charlie Brindos. They were married for 58 years and had 6 children. In 1955 they purchased a 40 acre farm in Moyie Springs. Trany lived there till the death of her husband in 1993. Trany then moved to Bonners where she continued to live till her death. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie and their daughter Susan Stevens. She is survived by her son Ernie Brindos and wife Carol of Bonners; Shirley Stevens, husband Bill of Morrilton, AR; Sharon Ray of Rochester, WA; Bobby Pemp and husband Don of Bonners; Ray Brindos, wife Sandy of Tacoma, WA. She was also survived by numerous grand and great grand children, nieces and nephews. Mom loved to crochet and embroidery. We all have displays of her handwork in our homes. She was never one to sit and do nothing; her hands had to be busy. Mom will be greatly missed as she was much loved by all of those lives she touched.
