John Joseph Wanner

John J. Wanner, 87, of Bonners Ferry passed away peacefully on September 4, 2014. A celebration of his life will be held next summer when all of his children will be here. He was an Army Veteran of WWII. He received a Victory Medaland an Army of Occupation Medal. He followed his sweetheart, Agnes I. Wanner,whom he married on August 6, 1949, in Yuma, Arizona. His passing is felt by his children, Sharon and her husband, Max,Schnuerle , Jesse Wanner, all of Bonners Ferry, Jody Dieter of Vilcabama, Ecuador, and Joel and his wife, Melissa, Wanner of Buffalo MN. As well as 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, other family members and friends.
