Lorreta Faye Fairchild

Lorreta Faye Watson Fairchild went to be with the Lord November 19th, 2008. at Valley Vista Care Center in Sandpoint. Services will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 3:00 pm in the Bonners Ferry Funeral Home with private burial in the Grandview Cemetery. Lorreta was the third child of Clark J Watson and Lucille Knight Watson. She was born September 27th, 1929 in Tekoa, Washington. She married Harold F Fairchild June 14th, 1947. They have five children. Jim Fairchild, Harold L Fairchild, Cindy Atkins and Scott Fairchild all live in Bonners Ferry. Pennie Frame lives in Bonney Lake, Washington. As a young married couple, Lorreta and Harold left Bonners Ferry so Harold could attend school. In 1970, Harold ended his career with Boeing and moved his family back to Bonners Ferry. They made their home on the North Bench. Due to failing health, Lorreta and Harold lived at Valley Vista Residential Center in Sandpoint, Idaho for the last five years. Lorreta loved to sew. She made beautiful quilts, clothes for her family to detailed "Barbie" clothes. She also loved to bake, do ceramics, garden, do crafts and crochet. She was very gifted with her hands. But most of all she loved spending time with her fourteen grandchildren. Lorreta will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Lorreta is preceded in death by her three brothers, Ross, Pete and Ben Watson. She is survived by her husband Harold, her sister Patricia, children Jim and Juanita Fairchild, Harold L. Fairchild, Pennie and Chuck Frame, Cindy and Mick Atkins, Scott and Amanda Fairchild; grandchildren Troy and Marcey Fairchild, Clark and Robbi Fairchild, Glen and Susie Fairchild, Gus Fairchild, Keith and Jessica Fairchild, Daniel and Julia Fairchild, Andrew Frame, Ally Frame, Douglas Atkins, Travis and Angela Atkins, Kody Atkins, Ashley Fairchild, Russell Fairchild, Jada Fairchild; great-¬grandchildren, Reagon Fairchild, Colin Fairchild, Sondra Fairchild, McKayla Fairchild, Austin Fairchild, Dalton Fairchild, Joshua Fairchild, Jordon Fairchild, Travis Fairchild, Jr., Brody Fairchild, Deegan Fairchild and several nieces and nephews.
