Laura A Solt

Laura Solt passed away on March 9th 2015 at Kootenai Health in Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho. Services for Laura will be held Saturday March 14th, 2015 at 10am at the Kootenai Valley Mennonite Church. Laura was born in Auburn, California on January 15th 1967. She moved to Bonners Ferry and attended Valley View elementary, and graduated from Bonners Ferry High School in 1985. She married the love of her life John Solt on June 15th, 1985. John and Laura moved to Colorado for two years where they welcomed their daughter, Casey, in February of 1987. Shortly after they returned back home to Bonners Ferry. In December of 1989 they welcomed their son Jeremiah.  Laura enjoyed outdoor activities including gardening, softball, skiing, hunting, and cheering on her children in their extracurricular activities. Laura brought great joy to her family and friends. She will always be loved and greatly missed. She is survived by husband John, two children Casey and Jeremiah, Daughter in-law Brenda, grandchildren Gracie and Leighton, father David Vose, brothers John, Robert, and Dennis Bergem, and Dave Vose, and her Aunt Micky. Sister’s in-law Kathie, Julie and Annie; Brother’s in-law Dick, Hank and David and countless nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her mother Joyce McConaughey Walsh, step father Robert ‘Bob’ Walsh, father in-law Jim Solt and mother in-law Eleanor ‘Ellie’ Solt.
