Mila Sue Lee

Sue Lee (57) passed away on March 2, 2009 at the St. Francis Extended Health Care, in Bellingham, WA. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 6, 2009 at 1:00pm in the Bonners Ferry Funeral Home, In Bonners Ferry, Idaho with interment in the Grandview Cemetery. On Monday, March 2nd, 2009, Mila “Sue” Lee, beloved wife and mother, passed away in Bellingham, Washington, after a brief, courageous battle with cancer. Sue was a loving wife and mother who dedicated her life to the care of her family and those around her. Sue was born on August 19, 1951 in Whitefish, Montana to Thelma and Milus Oxford. She attended Boundary County Schools before marrying Terry K. Lee on August 10th, 1970. She loved to garden, was an excellent bowler and knitted during winter months. Sue had a passion for family life, and was an incredibly strong presence among her loved ones. She loved making people laugh, and will be dearly missed by friends and family. Sue is preceded in death by her mother and father, Thelma and Milus Oxford. She is survived by husband Terry Lee and children Brandee Leemon, Mike Lee and wife Carrie, Becky Lee and husband Chris, all of Whatcom County, Washington, and siblings Paula Polumsky and Mike, Steve, and Tom Oxford, as well as grandchildren Matthew and Shawn Leemon, and Miranda, Crystal and Tiffany Lee.
