Mary Elizabeth Pitts Thornbrug hwas taken home to heaven. on December 24th 2015. Memorial Services were held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 1:00pm in the Bridgeway Assembley of God Church near Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Mary was born in Coffeyville, KS on September 6th 1973 but has called Bonners Ferry home for the last 10 years. She has worked for Akins Harvest Foods for the last two years. She is survived by her husband Ken Thornbrugh, daughter Heather Mercedes Hopkins Bowers, brothers’ Danny, Mark, Michael, Chris, Tim and parents Sharon and Harold Coons, as well as many family members and friends. Mary was a loving, caring, understanding, hard working person, who made a positive difference in many family, friends and co-workers lives. She will be missed by many and left us too soon.
