Rachel M. Hogan (61) passed away on October 23, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, Washington. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 3:00pm at the Moravia Cemetery, Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Rae passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2009. She will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by husband Larry, she is survived by sons Michael (Jackie) Fredericksburg, VA, Dave Hogan (Charlotte) Tacoma, WA. Daughter Catherine(Jim) Onalaska, WA.
