Frances Hilton

Frances Hilton (79) passed away at the Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d”Alene, Idaho on November 21, 2009. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2008 at 1:00pm in the Free Methodist Church in Bonners Ferry, Idaho with interment following in the Grandview Cemetery. Our loving mother, wife, grandma, great-grandma and friend Frances Mae Hilton went to be with the Lord on November 21, 2009 at Kootenai Medical Center after a sudden stroke. She enjoyed a very fulfilled and healthy life and was 79 years old. Frances was born in Colfax, Washington on March 19, 1930 to Alan and Willa Finch. She had one brother Buddy. Frances went to school in Cusick, Washington where her family resided and that is where she met and married the love of her life, Mark Hilton. After they were married they moved to Moyie Springs, Idaho where Mark worked at the mill after his service in the military. They had two daughters, Toni (Lee Taylor) and Sheri (Phil Schnuerle). Mark and Frances enjoyed their family and were blessed to have 5 grandkids and their families; Todd and (Pamela) Hittle, great grandsons, Lane & Ryker; Spencer and (Barbara) Hittle, great grandgirls, Amy , Alanna, Ashlyn & Amanda & (Mark) Young and great-great granddaughter, K'Lynn; Tifani Hittle and (Darren Osborn), great grandaughters, Allysa, Kendal, & Haley; Toby and (Jamie) Schnuerle, great grandkids, Jaeger & Jaeda; Libbi and (Matt) Maggi, great grandkids, Grace, Amanda, and Dalton. Mark and Frances enjoyed snowmobiling, bowling, shopping together and their family gatherings in their wonderful 63 years together. Taking care of Dad, her home, and puppies along with babysitting her great-grandchildren were the greatest joys in her life. Training and grooming her puppies was her favorite hobby. Frances is survived by her husband Mark, daughter Toni and all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Buddy and her daughter Sheri Schnuerle.
