Alan John Spencer (69) passed away at his home in Bonners Ferry, Idaho on November 28, 2019. Private arrangements will be held. Alan was born on January 10, 1950 in Clarkston, WA to Hurbert and Ann (Lakey) Spencer. He has worked most of his life as a caregiver for family. Survivors include his brother Arthur Spencer of Bonners Ferry, ID, and sister Anita Mulligan of Winlock, WA. He was preceeded in death by his parents Hubert and Ann Spencer and brother Alfred Spencer.
