Ethel H. Petersen

Ethel H. (Kincaid) Petersen passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at her home in Bonners Ferry Idaho. She was born on July 23, 1935 in Tres Penos, California to Arthur and Elizabeth (Lewis) Kincaid. She married the love of her life Clarence “Duke” Petersen August 23, 1954. They had three boys Jim (deceased), Bob and Bill (deceased). The family moved to North Idaho in January 1973. The family was involved in rodeo where Ethel was known for timing and judging queen contest throughout North Idaho. She is survived by a sister Kathleen Gorshe of Hollister, CA, son Bob Petersen of Bonners Ferry, grandchildren Michele, Cody, Robin, Jake, Kimberly and Jim along with numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents Arthur and Elizabeth, husband Duke and sons Jim and Bill. Services will be held at a later date.
