Evelyn Stallings
February 19, 1927 — September 21, 2024
Evelyn Stallings passed away peacefully at 97. She was a Christian.
Evelyn was born in Venice, California. She grew up living in the country, riding horses and bucking hay. She had a strong work ethic.
She married Jack Stallings on July 10, 1943 and had three boys, Roy, David and Dan.
Evelyn loved gardening! She also enjoyed quilting and cooking. She made beautiful quilts. She enjoyed making jam, and fried apple turnovers.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Roy Stallings of Moyie Springs, ID, and David Stallings of Bora Bora, grandchildren, David Stallings of Idaho Falls, ID, Jeffrey Stallings of Tahiti, Jason Stallings of Tahiti, Mike Des Rosiers of Moyie Springs, ID, Michelle Bremer of Moyie Springs, ID, and David Des Rosiers of Alaska, as well as many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 10:00 am at Bonners Ferry Funeral Home. Viewing will be held prior to the services at 9:00 am.
