Jeanette Helen Bellmore

Jeanette Bellmore passed away June 15, 2023. She was born to John and Olga Moen on November 16, 1926 in Deep, North Dakota being the youngest of six children. In 1937 the family moved to Big Fork, Montana where she received her education. In 1946, she married Ken Bellmore, the family moved a number of times to various western states due to Ken’s work with the phone company, settling in Bonners Ferry in 1966 where they remained until their passing.

Jeanette was an LPN and worked as supervisor in the Extended Care Facility at Boundary County Hospital for 15 years, retiring in 1983. She and Ken enjoyed making music and during their retirement years, made numerous trips to Arizona during the winter months. In later years she was fortunate to make a trip to Norway where she was able to visit her family’s home place and take in the many sites there.

Jeanette is survived by her son, Cliff Bellmore; daughter, Joanne Bellmore, grandson, Bob (Nicole) Gust, granddaughter, Leora Ryan, great grandsons, Shawn (Marissa) Nelson, Blake (Hannah) Ryan, and Blaine Ryan, great granddaughter, Jenna Gust, great-great grandchildren, Wyatt James Nelson and Everett Purl James, Weston James Ryan and Parker Nelson. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, three brothers, and her husband, Ken Bellmore, granddaughter, Leah Anderson and great grandson, Robert Lee Gust III.

She will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, and as a good friend to many.
