Louise D Wankmuller

Louise D. Wankmuller, 94, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho passed away on January 13, 2022. Born in Taylor, PA, in 1927, she lived most of her life in New Jersey.
Retirement in 1989 from her secretarial position at Dunellen High School gave Louise time to pursue her passion of quilting. She lovingly made many beautifully quilted pieces for family, friends and the Piecemakers Quilting Group in Basking Ridge, NJ.
Louise was a longtime member of Long Hill Chapel in Chatham, NJ and faithfully served for decades in the choir and as a deaconess. Her kind, giving spirit was a reflection of her faith.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Wankmuller. She is survived by her children: Ellen (Kevin) Greenleaf and David (Elizabeth) Wankmuller, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A private ceremony will be held at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union, NJ.
