Phyllis died September 7, 2024, in Bonner Ferry, Idaho, at Boundary Community Hospital. Phyllis was born on February 3, 1946 in Norfolk, Virginia the daughter of George and Ruby Hawks Webb.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Grandview Cemetery.
